Job Description – A well-established law firm in West Yorkshire are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team with immediate effect. The role is at senior level and would suit a highly motivated individual.

Duties will include:

• Communicating with the clients to give the best advice and recommendations on how to proceed with all aspects of commercial conveyancing transactions.
• Carrying out searches and checks on title, ensuring there are no issues, and reporting to the client.
• Communicating with agents, other solicitors and third parties.
• Competent handling of your own case load from instruction to completion.
• Compliance with office policies and procedures and the use of standard systems and templates.
• Compliance with all lender policies and requirements with regards mortgages.
• Accurate preparation of completions statements, invoices in accordance with accounting procedures.
• Keeping the client updated throughout the process.

Applications will be considered from Solicitors with a minimum of 8 years PQE with a demonstrated excellence in commercial property work.

Salary – £50,000 +
