Conveyancing Paralegal A Conveyancing Paralegal with previous experience in Residential Property is required by a conveyancing team in a Northampton law firm. The Firm Recognised by legal commentators in various directories for their legal advice in a wide area of law. The firm provides support and advice to clients on a regional and national basis in both personal and business law. The Role This is an exciting opportunity and the successful Conveyancing Paralegal will be managing a case load, under the supervision of a team leader, This is a full and busy role and will include the following: ·Supporting the Team Leader; ·Managing your own caseload under supervision; ·Title checking, raising and reviewing enquires and reporting; ·Ordering and checking and reporting upon routine property searches; ·Checking mortgage offers; ·Dealing directly with clients, estate agents and lenders; ·Helping out other members of the team whenever possible; The Candidate Proven Residential Conveyancing experience and the ability to work within a busy team are essential. Proven experience of working within a busy residential property team and have full knowledge of dealing with sale, purchase, re-mortgage and transfer of equity matters, including new build and leasehold. Excellent business development skills are desirable as well as strong organisational skills and an ability to work with minimal supervision.
