Commercial Solicitor
A 2-5 year PQE Commercial Solicitor is required by a Corby law firm.
The Firm
A regional private practice offering legal services to commercial clients and individuals throughout the East Midlands. Employing over 50 staff the firm continues to expand through organic growth.
The Role
The Commercial Solicitor role will include commercial agreements, advising on alternative forms of business structure, giving general commercial advice requiring the successful Commercial Solicitor of having an excellent knowledge of transactional processes. The Commercial department work with businesses throughout the region and are well recognised for their quality of work and legal advice provided.
The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in company commercial law. Enthusiastic, communicative and personable skills are essential.
Salary to £50,000.
