The Role

NQ to 3 PQE Real Estate Solicitor to join Tier 1 & Chambers- ranked, international Top 50 Bristol team

In terms of remit, reputation and client-base, the team is unmatched regionally and nationally, working on the lion's share of the more significant and exciting Developments.

Your role in the market-leading team will be to consult on all aspects of brownfield site regeneration schemes, mixed use, urban extensions, the purchase and development of strategic land, joint ventures and collaborations and the development and disposals of new housing neighbourhoods.

The client-base is truly enviable, with their being connections to key influencers in the market. In providing a full service to clients as part of a cohesive group, you will engage with colleagues who specialise in, whilst building your understanding in planning, construction, corporate, tax and property finance matters

You will be responsible for nurturing current and future client relationships, with you having a trusted role in the team, and being actively encouraged to increase your own reputation in the market.

The blend of work, culture and structured progression will see ongoing promotion in the team, leading to a more senior role quickly, as will be encouraged from Day 1.

Requirements

• NQ+ experience in Developments, either commercial or residential
• Commercially minded, and willing to engage in business development
• Keen to develop expertise and position within the team
