A well established law firm wishes to appoint an experienced residential conveyancer to join their busy residential conveyancing team in Dorset.
 
The Firm
Based in a Dorset market town, this full service law firm, with a long traditional history offering a full service of legal advice to individuals and business clients.
 
The Role
The successful conveyancer will be required to manage a residential conveyancing case load from instruction through to completion and registration, including sales, purchases, transfers & re-mortgages and you will be used to dealing with a high volume of matters whilst working with minimal supervision, maintaining excellent standards of work, achieving set targets and adhering to client service level agreements. Commutable from Wimborne, Dorchester, Poole, Blandford and Sturminster Newton
 
The Candidate
The conveyancer must have the ability to work as part of a team is essential together with excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in using a case management system is desirable. Previous conveyancing experience essential.
 
Requirements
Qualified Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor or Legal Executive
Residential conveyancing experience
Good client management experience
