Residential Conveyancer
A Residential Conveyancer is required by a law firm in their Northampton office to work in a busy residential conveyancing team.
The Firm
this regional practice has an excellent reputation throughout the East Midlands for providing cost effective quality legal advice. The Conveyancing team deal with all aspects of property transactions including part exchange, plot sales and new build development work.
The Role
The Residential Conveyancer manage a full case load of conveyancing transactions, and post completion work.
The Candidate
Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
Previous post qualification conveyancing experience is essential.
Salary dependent upon experience.
