We are currently seeking to appoint a motivated and experienced Commercial Associate (3 years + PQE) to join our Legal 500 clients growing and ambitious team.

Based from Bristol with a blend of home and office working available to you, this is an excellent opportunity to work directly with a Partner and the wider team on a variety of general commercial matters.

You’ll be working with existing and new clients, including household names and highly successful regional and national businesses, with a focus on the retail and consumer sector.

Day to day, you will also have the opportunity to supervise and support junior lawyers and a trainee, advising clients on their strategies and documentation regarding supply chains, online trading, consumer relations and brand protection, as well as supporting clients with contracts which govern their operational infrastructure. In addition, you will be working collaboratively with a highly regarded Corporate team to provide your expertise and support where needed to undertake due diligence in M&A transactions.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing support to General Counsels and their teams, taking the opportunity to work alongside their clients’ inhouse legal functions and deliver advice directly to the business stakeholders, essentially acting as an extension of their team on a daily basis.
