JOB: Private Client Partner
LOCATION: Greater Manchester
EXPERIENCE: 8+ PQE
SALARY: up to c£68,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity has become available for an experienced Private Client Partner to act
for clients in some of the most complex and challenging situations, offering advice on all elements of estate and tax planning. You will be joining a team who assists clients with a range of complex requirements to include, families, business owners, entrepreneurs, sports professionals, entertainers, and medical professionals. You will have a substantial client following along with strong business development credentials. Expertise in charity law, residence and domicile issues, income tax and capital gains tax advice are desired but not essential.

THE CANDIDATE:
As a qualified Solicitor, you will have gained a minimum of 8+ years’ experience within a busy Private Client department and will be able to demonstrate a quality-driven mindset. The appointed partner will have extensive experience advising HNW and UHNW clients on estate and succession planning, lifetime inheritance tax mitigation, the formation, administration and taxation of trust structures and Family Investment Companies, and estate administration. The role will require the successful candidate to deliver consistently against both financial targets and against measures of client satisfaction.
