Construction & Regulatory Solicitor – 2- 4 yrs PQE  (Contentious and Non Contentious )

The Firm

Our client is in the  Top Legal 100 ,  their construction , Engineering and Procurement team comprises of 23 divided into two sub-teams (contentious and non-contentious). Within the team they also provide advice on regulatory issues and health & safety law .

There clients include  developers , major corporations, funders, contractors, sub-contractors, construction consultants and local authorities.

The role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious construction solicitor looking to make their mark within a thriving construction department.  My client has an impressive growing client base in East Anglia, the successful applicant will work closely with the Colchester based Construction Partner to continue to grow the business. My client embraces and encourages agile working and, as such, I anticipate the successful applicant will have a hybrid working balance between home and the office .

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be 2- 4 years PQE with experience in construction law , ideally including experience of both contentious and non- contentious work. Experience with regulatory work  and health & safety law would be beneficial but not essential .
