TSR Legal are working in partnership with a reputable South Wales Law Firm with offices throughout the UK. Our client is a long term established organisation with a great approach to their employees. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced residential or solicitor to join an exciting firm with long established routes in the local area. Our client provides a number of services for their clients ranging from commercial property to family law.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Running a local caseload of residential conveyancing from initial stages through to completion
• Overseeing ranging residential conveyancing transactions including purchase, sale and re-mortgage for freehold and leasehold properties
• Drafting contracts
• Completing searches
• Running key reports throughout transaction
• Client relationship management
• Key stakeholder liaison
• Navigation of the land registry portal
• Processing land registry portal acquisitions
• Allocating administrative duties to assistants
• Quality control on files

Required Attributes

• A proven track record within conveyancing
• Excellent communicator
• Able to meet deadlines and timescales
• Ability to work with limited Supervision
