THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity has become available for a Locum Conveyancer with upwards of 2 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to handle their own caseload of matters including but not limited to, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing. The role can be completed from the client’s office or remotely if that is preferred by the candidate.

THE CANDIDATE:
As a Locum Conveyancer you should be immediately available to start a new role and be available for at least 2-months. Applications are welcomed from Legal Professionals who will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision. Good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
