A firm that I have placed with in the last 12 months are looking to grow their team by adding a Senior Associate to their Employment department in Warwickshire.

With a strong reputation, this firm benefits from having a wide client base that will allow you to work in a variety of sectors from private and public, to registered providers and charities.  You will have the opportunity to advise on a range of employment matters of both a contentious and non-contentious nature.

The successful applicant will have strong experience TUPE matters and as well as borad experience across all other areas of employment law.  You will be expected to take an active role in business development and supporting the more junior fee earners and so experience in managing a small team would be advantageous.
