The Role

Because this firm are expanding, they are looking for a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join their growing team on a remote basis.

The Leasehold Enfranchisement deals with a wide range of high-level work. The firm act for both freeholders and leaseholders meaning any new fee-earner who joins this team gains a varied and diverse caseload. Having experience in both leasehold enfranchisement and residential leasehold disputes is similarly beneficial.

This firm are a very flexible / forward thinking practice with many of their fee-earners working both part-time and working from home. You will be joining a team of 5+ specialist lawyers who have a strong technical knowledge of LE matters.

Requirements:

• You will be a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor and you will be 5+ years PQE
• You will work well in a team
• You will be client care focused and driven
