A firm that I have placed with in the last 12 months is looking to add another Planning Solicitor to their team in Birmingham.

With a strong reputation, this Legal 500 recognised firm will give you the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients from NHS trusts and CCGs to developers and local authorities.  You will be advising on the Town and Country Planning Act as well as other related legislation and policies concerning development.  Other work you will be involved in will include issues surrounding Section 106 agreements, the Community Infrastructure Levy and other Regulatory matters, to name just a few.
