Job Details
In this role you will combine running your own caseload of catastrophic injury cases with assisting on very high value, maximum severity catastrophic injury claims, mainly brain injury cases and spinal cord injuries.
Suitable candidates will be either a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive from newly qualified up to 3 years post qualification and experience running your own caseload of claimant catastrophic claimant files with some knowledge of the mental capacity act.
