Our client is looking for a paralegal with residential property experience to support the partners, fee-earners and the knowledge lawyer within the Residential and Secured Lending team.

Responsibilities
Assisting busy fee-earners on document management (netdocs) and transaction progression on a number of complex large cases usually development sales and purchases - we are developer preferred buyer lawyers for a handful of luxury high end developments.
Carry out legal research, using a variety of online and reference sources.

Provide support to fee-earners on transactions through drafting, research and analysis.
Prepare report appendices as requested.
Assist other members of the team when preparing for client meetings or BD events.
Attend client meetings, or calls alongside other fee-earners and produce attendance notes as requested.
Provide wider support and assistance to the team in particular during busy periods or periods of absence (for example, assisting in picking up calls, copying, administrative tasks including file closing and post completion registrations at the land registry and general team support).
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a paralegal position with a residential property focus would be preferred.
Person Specification
Proactive team player and supportive colleague, with an enthusiastic manner, who takes a flexible, 'can-do' approach to work.
Confident in working autonomously/independently to meet ever-changing deadlines.
Meticulous and well organised.
Adaptable and open to change, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Possesses a highly proactive and innovative approach to problem solving.
