Commercial Contract Solicitor A thriving Commercial law firm with offices throughout the UK have a requirement for a 3 + PQE Commercial Contract Solicitor advising public body clients in their London office. The Firm This highly successful law firm works with both private and public sector clients. Employing over 500 employees they are recognised, by many lawyers and clients, as a firm of choice to work with. Having adopted a flexible working approach pre-Covid times. The Role This is a non-contentious role within a housing and regeneration department focusing upon registered providers in advising them on public procurement by advising, reviewing and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts including; Sale and supply of goods & Services, IT Software agreements Intellectual property rights Collaboration and Partnership Agreements The Candidate A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years experience of Commercial Contracts. A commercial minded individual with excellent communication skills, a hard work ethic and able to work confidently with Partners on high quality work. Salary to £65,000 + bonus
