NQ Commercial Property Solicitor
A Newbury law firm has a requirement for a Newly Qualified commercial Property Solicitor to join their established Real Estate Department to handle commercial Property transactions.

The Role
The NQ Commercial Property Solicitor will join a busy Real Estate Department and will be required to run a case load of Commercial Property transactions involving sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold premises. There will be ample support from more senior fee earners in developing a career opportunity.
The Candidate
A recently qualified Solicitor with a commercial property seat or experience running commercial property files. Knowledge of landlord and tenant, leases as well as the conveyancing process will be required.
Salary dependent upon experience.
