The role:

This Top 100 firm are looking for a Corporate Solicitor 5+ years PQE to join their growing development practice based in Reading.

The corporate team has expanded rapidly over the last 12 months and they are eager to welcome a dynamic individual to the team who can make a significant contribution to their success.

Your focus will be across high-value M&A work, private equity and venture capital transactions. You'll be working alongside leading figures who have a strong presence in the sector and assist them with complex matters for some of the best and most interesting clients. This will be balanced with your own workload of smaller transactions to give you the autonomy to build your own client base.

The team want someone who is passionate about business development as they will give you the platform to network amongst the biggest and best in the industry. Therefore, you must have advanced communication skills and a genuine entrepreneurial flair.

You will receive an excellent level of exposure, and given their level of growth, career prospects are in abundance.

Requirements:

• Corporate Solicitor 5+ years PQE with experience in a leading corporate department
• Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
• Track record in business development & marketing the department projects
