This is a superb opportunity at NQ to 3 years PQE for an ambitious Corporate Law Solicitor to join a high profile firm with a national profile and national client base.

You will have trained and gained experience at a comparable city or large regional firm and be interested in working for a fiorm that can offer a work / life balance without any compromise in the quality of work.

This is an award winning firm and a recognised team which handles a variety of Corporate and Commercial matters including Corporate transactional work .

The role will involve assisting and advising on all aspects of company law, private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and MBOs and MBIs, joint ventures and investor/shareholders’ agreements, articles of association and other constitutional documents, demergers, company reconstructions and reorganisations. 

Additionally there is the opportunity to be involved with AIM flotations, takeovers and other public company work, commercial lending and security, financing and refinancing of businesses.

The corporate team have an enviable client base and there is thre chane to work with colleagues on large joined up transactions.

With your excellent qualifications and excellent level of ambition you will be keen to forge your own reputation in the Corporate world.
