Employment Senior Associate - Up to £45k

We are working with a large organisation with brand new offices in Bristol. This is a senior role with great quality work from some of the largest companies in the UK.

With the role comes great autonomy, as they have recently implemented a flexible working policy you will only be required to attend the offices once a week/fortnight.

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Lead and supervise a large team of employment litigators
• Acting on behalf of employees and employers on a range of litigation matters in Employment Tribunal and Appeals
• Managing complex legal matters (discrimination, equal pay, TUPE, unfair dismissal, whistle blowing and contractual claims)
• As well as advising commercial clients on non-contentious matters (employment contracts, advising on disciplinaries)

To be successful in securing the post you must have at least 4 years PQE, along with prior supervisory experience and managing a successful team.

This is a fantastic role for a senior lawyer who wants experience of managing a large team with great quality work.
