Job Details
My Client are a large multinational law firm who have offices in the US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. The banking & finance team’s expertise extends to corporate lending, leverage finance, asset finance, real estate finance (both investment and development), project finance. For this particular role my client are looking for someone with aviation finance experience.
You will be working on the full transaction lifecycle which includes financing, leasing and restructuring of commercial and private aircraft in a wide range of locations such as the Middle East and Asia. Clients include investors, banks, airlines and leasing companies.
My client are looking at candidates from NQ to the 4PQE mark for this role, candidates will ideally be E&W qualified but they will consider those qualified in other commonwealth jurisdictions.
