Job Details
An established law firm with brand new offices in Hastings, East Sussex are looking to further grow their successful property department with an additional Residential Conveyancer (either Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive).
You'll be taking over an existing busy caseload of all aspects of residential conveyancing matters, handling them from instruction through to completion including sales and purchases of freehold/leasehold, shared ownership, re-mortgages and new builds.
You must be a qualified Residential Conveyancer (either Conveyancing Solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer) with at least 1 year PQE managing your own varied caseload of conveyancing matters.
Salary is very much negotiable and will depend on your level/depth of experience. Part-time/hybrid working and flexible working are very much on offer for the right person.
