Salary : DOE (As guide estimate £40K-£55K)
Experience Level : 3-8 Years PQE 

I am delighted to be working with a house hold name in the West Yorkshire Legal Market, a well established regional firm that keeps going from strength to strength.  My clients are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their progressive team close to Yeadon. The office location is ideal for meeting clients from the nearby market towns of North Yorkshire and offers ample free parking for commuters. 

This Commercial Property Solicitor role, will provide a professional service and advice to clients on all aspects of the buying, selling and leasing process, including legal issues, finances and contracts in line with the firm's policies and procedures. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be communicating with the clients to give the best advice and recommendations on how to proceed with all aspects of commercial conveyancing transactions, including:

•  Carrying out searches and checks on title, ensuring there are no issues, and reporting to the client. 
• Communicating with agents, other solicitors and third parties.
• Competent handling of your own case load from instruction to completion.
• Compliance with office policies and procedures and the use of standard systems and templates.
• Compliance with all lender policies and requirements with regards mortgages.
• Accurate preparation of completions statements, invoices in accordance with accounting procedures.
• Keeping the client updated throughout the process. 

Key requirements and attributes for the role of a Commercial Property Solicitor

• Qualifications Qualified legal executive, licensed conveyancer or solicitor
• Skills Good all round IT skills
• Microsoft office – word, excel etc.
• Working knowledge of case management systems, diaries and tasks.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience Commercial Conveyancing 3-8 years PQE preferred (But I invite candidates with 1 year plus to apply)
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and committed Self-confident, reliable and conscientious with good attention to detail
• Smart and professional dress and demeanour.
