Delighted to be working with a prominent staffing business based in Hertfordshire, to find a Head of Legal to lead their legal operations. You’ll be joining a well-established legal team which plays a key role in the success of the organisation’s important day to day activities.
The successful Head of Legal will be surrounded by a vibrant team of solicitors who share invaluable experience and knowledge of the in-house legal landscape. This is a truly exciting opportunity for the successful candidate.
Duties and responsibilities of the Head of Legal:
- Lead legal and commercial function during peak caused by pandemic
- General In-House requirements including: commercial contracts, public procurement, IT, insurance, compliance, supplier agreements, terms and conditions, data protection
- Excellent understanding and experience of managing commercial contracts is required, as is a deep understanding and experience of public procurement and framework agreements
- Solid understanding of recruitment sector and flexible worker legislation – Working Time Regulations, Agency Worker Regulations, IR35
