They are a Top 200 UK Law firm with a national client base.

Due to growth within the department there is the opportunity for a solicitor at NQ-2 years PQE to inherit a caseload of general commercial property work including landlord and tenant work, renewals, leases, sales and acquisitions, banking, pension fund matters, planning and much more.

You should be technically excellent and able to demonstrate that you’ve had exposure to clients at first hand and are able to manage their expectations and work to their timescales.

Whilst academics and where you have trained are of interest to the firm they wouldn’t be deciding factors. What counts more is what you can personally bring to a firm and a department.
