Commercial Property Solicitor (x 2) - Hertfordshire

Our client is seeing further expansion as we are seeking two commercial property solicitors to join the team. The firm are a Legal 500, Lexcel Accredited and multi-award winning firm with traditional values and a modern approach with over 100 years of expertise operating in all major practices.

You will be joining a highly respected, forward-thinking and established Commercial Property team who are thriving in their field and who offer a high quality service to all clients and see a high majority of their work coming from repeat business.

There is a genuine opportunity for career progression with this role for the right candidate and at a senior level the role can be focussed on transactional work whilst mentoring, supporting and guiding more junior members for the team.

Responsibilities:

• Development work from site acquisitions
• Conditional contracts options and overage
• Finance through to preparation for disposition
• Landlord and Tenant work
• Financial reports for lenders and borrowers

Requirements:

• You will be an experienced and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor
• NQ-4 years PQE or more senior from 6+ PQE
• A problem solver and comfortable communicating issues
• You will be technically able and commercially minded
• Superb organisational skills able to multi-task
• Excellent client care and leadership skills
