The Role

This firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their growing team based in St. Albans.

Dispute Resolution is at the forefront of this practice. It is a key practice area for them and their reputation in the market is built from their success and reputation in this space. The department deals with a broad array of matters in the litigation space which include civil litigation, commercial litigation, contentious probate, property litigation and more.

In this role you will be focussing on a commercial litigation caseload consisting of shareholder agreements, breach of contract, professional negligence and more. You will be working directly alongside some of the most prominent partners in the region.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Litigator with 4 + PQE
• You should have a strong technical knowledge and excellent management skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key
