Commercial Dispute Resolution (2-5 PQE)
Your new company
Our client are a UK and international, Legal 500 ranked, top-tier firm. Their workforce stretches through the UK, Europe and Asia, giving itself a global reputation. The Dispute Resolution department is looking to recruit several commercial dispute resolution associates in order to work alongside both the senior and more junior employees. The CDR team itself is split into several areas; banking and finance disputes, international disputes, restructuring and insolvency, IT and IP litigation and a few others.
In terms of the working environment, it is a friendly, fun, collegiate culture, where team-work is prevalent. The associates are particularly sociable and each employee is given the scope for a good work-life balance. Our client provide strong skill-based training offered by the Knowledge Management, as well as a strong mentoring system, advanced legal tech platforms, and individual business development management for each employees to create their own business strategies.
Your new role
You will be working on both domestic and international commercial litigation matters.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified in England Wales (but open to sponsorship)
- Broad experience in Commercial Dispute Resolution
