This highly regarded firm is looking for corporate solicitors at NQ - 2 years of experience to join their rapidly expanding team. The majority of work is mostly transactional and the successful candidate will be dealing with a wide range of corporate matters such as private equity transactions. Candidates will need to have done a minimum of 1 seat in Corporate work and show a clear interest in Corporate M&A work.
