The Role

This practice is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor (2 + PQE) or Legal Executive to join their team in Worcester.

The Residential Property team deals with work including: freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and new build as well as handling lease extensions, remortgages etc

You will work on a varied case load that is high net worth and diverse, and work alongside some of the best and forward-thinking Solicitors and Partners in the industry, along with an excellent billing bonus scheme, and annual salary reviews based on performance.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor (2 + PQE) or Legal Executive
• You will have evidence of exceeding billing targets
• You will be self-sufficient and have a keen interest in business development/marketing
