Your new role
This corporate solicitor role will involve a broad mix of M&A work for a very well established client base. You will work closely with a range of clients and will gain some excellent deals exposure.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a corporate lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 2 years' pqe. You will have good communication skills and be adept at building relationships with clients.
