Commercial Litigation Lawyer A Leeds Law firm requires a Commercial Litigation Lawyer to manage a technically challenging case load. The Firm A leading law firm with offices providing national coverage to a predominately insurance client base. The Role The Commercial Litigation case load would be made up of complex and high value Claimant and Defendant matters across the full range of work types including commercial, intellectual property, construction, recoveries, regulatory, professional negligence, insurance coverage, contract, insolvency, employment (non tribunal) & financial services. The work sources include LEI and private instruction. The work is challenging but rewarding and the team places a high value on mutual support and co-operation. Management of a personal caseload of between 25 and 40 varied, complex and often high value cases, including responsibility for day-to-day client relationships; and Proactive management and supervision of own team, comprising up to four case handlers with varying caseloads The Candidate A qualified Solicitor, Barrister Legal Executive with experience of a wide range of civil/commercial litigation work sources and funding arrangements as well as a good mix of acting for defendants and claimants. Salary to £60,000
