To further support the firms growing litigation practice, a unique opportunity for a PSL has now been created. This is an integral role in supporting a market leading team at all levels in the context of knowledge management, L&D and advising senior individuals.

The Role

The firm is looking to bring a Professional Support Lawyer on board to strengthen their litigation team. You will work closely with their respected team in Cambridge, who handle a broad range of high-value, complex matters on behalf of a client base that includes major banks and financial institutions.

You will lead on the professional development activity within the Litigation team, ensuring fee earners' knowledge is up to date, and their processes are as efficient as possible. You will ensure that the quality of service that the firm's clients have come to expect remains high and will work on a strategic level with the Partners to grow their Lawyers confidence and skill base.

Requirements

• You will be an existing Litigation PSL or a Senior Lawyer in this space that would like to take on a non-fee earning role
• Able to communicate effectively and handle multiple responsibilities
• You will need to demonstrate high intellect with a pragmatic and commercial approach
• Be confident in your approach, as the work is high profile and complex
