Job Details
This elite US firm is looking for candidates who have a strong range of M&A, PE and ECM experience and will have excellent academics and experience from a top UK or US law firm.
The firm's ratio of associates to partners is lower than most firms, allowing associates at all levels from trainees to of counsel to work closely with senior partners across the practices.
The team offers a broad capability, including public and private M&A, Private Equity and Capital Markets, covering both English and US law. Lawyers work on a fully integrated basis with all of the international offices.
