Are you looking for a new challenge within Personal Injury EL/PL?
My client, an award-winning Top 50 Law firm who are recognised globally, are currently recruiting for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join their Casualty department in Birmingham.
The Role:
As the successful Personal Injury Solicitor, you will have a varied and important job role, which will largely entail, managing a caseload of EL/PL files from inception to completion. Particularly, workplace, public sector and claims against the emergency services
The work will be a mix of a pre and post litigation matters involving high value and complex files and may include Flood damage, business interruption claims, contribution claims and recoveries.
Training will be provided for areas you may be unfamiliar with.
Requirements:
To be suitable for this role, you will be able to demonstrate substantial experience of working within a Personal Injury department and be able to manage a full caseload of EL/PL files. Ideally, you will have done this from a healthcare or public sector perspective but not a prerequisite.
This post would suit an individual who is ideally, 8+ years PQE, has excellent communication skills and have exceptional working knowledge of the CPR.
