This firm is looking to recruit a solicitor with at 1 seat in healthcare, or court of protection, to advise on healthcare matters including inquests, court of protection and best interest, safeguarding, public law issues, constitutional issues, judicial review, human rights, mental health and other areas which may arise in a healthcare setting.
