Job Details
Due to expansion, an additional Conveyancing Paralegal is required for well-established law firm in Pudsey. You will join an established team and assist an experienced Fee Earner and Assistant with a busy caseload of the full range of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases and remortgages. Duties will include; liaising with clients, Estate Agents, Solicitors and The Land Registry, drafting Contracts and Transfers, carrying out searches, dealing with enquiries, drafting completion statements. This is a full time role.
You will need:
- At least 12 months experience as a Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal or experience as a Legal Secretary in conveyancing,
- Good IT skills,
- A professional manner with clients and colleagues,
- Experience of case management systems advantageous,
- To be a team player.
Competitive salary package for the right candidate, includes; 24 days holidays plus statutory days, pension scheme and discretionary bonus.
