Job Details
Due to expansion, an additional Paralegal is required to join a well-established Commercial Property department based in Bradford. You will work alongside another Commercial Property Paralegal and support 2 Partners in the department. This is a full time role based in the office.
Responsibilities will include; assisting on commercial sales, purchases, drafting/reviewing leases, liaising with clients, Land Registry applications, file opening etc.
You will need:
- At least 6 months experience as a Commercial Property Paralegal,
- Good IT skills,
- A professional manner with clients and colleagues,
- To be a team player.
