Your new role
This corporate solicitor role will see you engaged in an interesting mix of corporate transactional work. This will mainly be focused around M&A and you will act for a range of clients, typically in the SME sector.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a corporate lawyer with 5+ years' pqe. You will have a blend of skills including good team work as well as a commercial and user friendly manner.
