Job Details
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of an experienced Criminal department on a variety of magistrates court criminal matters. The team deals with all types of cases from minor offences to serious offences such as murder, fraud, theft, robbery, assault, sexual offences etc.
You will be a qualified solicitor with a background in Criminal law – you will ideally be Duty qualified, but this is not essential. You will work alongside the other solicitors and clerks in the department and be passionate about your work and able to operate with little to no supervision.
