The Role

With a client base of estate agents and lots of new build developments going up in the local area, the team are very busy and looking to welcome another Conveyancer.

You will work on a mix of residential property conveyancing work and be comfortable running your own files. If you have worked on new builds then this is highly advantageous in light of the stream of property development work coming into the firm at the moment.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Conveyancer that works on new build properties
• You will be energetic and enthusiastic about developing your career
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus structure
