The Role

The firm are looking for a Residential Development Senior Associate to join their highly successful specialist practice.

This high performing and creative team find that good results are achieved by working closely with clients and building up relationships of trust and mutual respect.

They are looking for someone able to offer first-class commercial advice and sector insight as well as a strong client care skill. You will work act for an impressive list of major clients and panel appointments handling a range of matters as part of a highly supportive and collegiate team.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 years + PQE
• You will have good technical knowledge
• An existing client base that is portable would be highly desirable
• You will be an excellent communicator
