Job Details
An opportunity has arisen for an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a Local Authority in the West Midlands on an ongoing basis for 3 days per week.
Our client is seeking an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join their team to assist in a range of work, which may include;
- Responding to queries regarding adult care charges
- Court of Protection
- Challenging S21A cases
- Safeguarding cases
The successful Adult Social Care Lawyer will be able to work on a fully remote basis, with attendance at the offices required only to collect IT equipment.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive legal services team.
