PRACTICE MANAGER - HAMPSHIRE - TOP REPUTABLE FIRM The opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to join the ranks of a brilliant firm as its practice manager. Ideally this would suit candidates from an HR background with law experience, to help with the smooth running of the firm. Typical duties may involve HR, Finance, Budgets and Salaries, but this is a hands-on role where you will get stuck into senior partner reviews as well. This role would suit a real go-getter who has ambition, excellent time management and organizational skills, and a drive to push the firm even further up the ladder in terms of reputation. With an excellent team behind you, and solicitors whose quality of work speaks for itself, this is a role with incredible opportunities and a chance to make a difference. You may be assisting at first and full training may be given for the right candidate, however managerial experience or an HR background would be advantageous in this instance.
