ASSOCIATE - HOUSING MANAGEMENT - DISPUTE RESOLUTION - LEGAL 500

This firm is presenting an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join their Housing Management department's litigation team. This role would entail providing legal advice to clients across a wide spectrum of commercial, property and housing disputes.

This housing management team are national leaders in the field, and provide expert legal advice across Wales. Their advice covers all aspects of tenancy enforcement and other issues to include succession, possession, defending disrepair claims, homelessness and allocations.

This is a senior role with supervisory responsibilities, which means the ideal candidate will be experienced in handling their own workload and have the ability to delegate to junior members of the team. Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and will be able to work to tight deadlines. Excellent client care skills are essential, and so is the ability to show up at work with the enthusiasm to work as a cohesive unit.

This is a role with lots of potential for progression towards Partner level, so it is an excellent fit for an ambitious solicitor looking to secure their future at a brilliant firm.
