The Role

This is a stand-out opportunity for an Intellectual Property & Technology Solicitor (1 - 5 years PQE) to join this highly regarded, Top 20 firm, based in Birmingham.

Despite their size, the firm isn't looking for a cog in a wheel; you will be an individual with ideas and personality who can play a pivotal role in the department, giving you a high level of exposure to complex IP & Technology work.

You will cover an array of commercial, technology and data work for an impressive client base across a number of sectors including manufacturing, retail, financial services, technology and food & beverage).

Your caseload will include procurement of goods and services, supply agreement, distribution agreements, commercial & IT contracts, multi-jurisdictional outsourcing, SaaS, PaaS & IaaS and other commercial projects.

Requirements

• You will be an Intellectual Property Solicitor (1 - 5 years PQE)
• Experience in IP & Technology matters at a leading city, national or international commercial firm.
