The Role

The firm is seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor NQ-2 years of PQE to join their team in the City of London.

You will work alongside a team of talented professionals who will support you in both your day to day role, and your career aspirations. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.

You will deal with a broad caseload, the variety of which will make for an interesting role; you will deal with high-quality work which will include; commercial contracts, joint ventures, sales/purchases of businesses and mergers/acquisitions.

A commercially minded outlook and business development skills would be desirable, as this firm is seeking to grow their presence.

Requirements:

• You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor NQ-2 years PQE
• You will have a passion for Corporate Commercial work
• You should have first-class communication skills
