A great opportunity has arisen with a well-known law firm based in the heart of Warrington city centre for an Employment Solicitor to join the team and become an influential part of the department.
 
 
This position would suite a Solicitor who is looking for a step up in their career and the chance to become part of management and potentially partnership in the future. You will be able to manage a good mix of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, be confident in your knowledge. You will also undertake all aspects of employment law including drafting various employment documents, maternity and paternity rights, discrimination, whistleblowing, employee relations issues, disciplinary matters and grievances, mediation, dismissals, redundancy, TUPE and employment tribunal claims.
 
 
 
You will have at least 2-5 years PQE looking for a new opportunity.
