Job Details
My client is a well established and forward thinking law firm with a history going back for over 80 years, and they are now seeking an Employment Solicitor with a minimum 4 years PQE to work alongside their busy Dispute Resolution Team.
This is a new role for the firm, and I would like to speak with candidates that are looking for progress in their career, and to be part of a larger Employment team in the future, as the department increases it's workload.
The work will consist of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, for both defendant and claimant, with the majority placed within the defendant area with the firm's already existing commercial clients.
Some experience of Civil Litigation matters too would be advantageous but not essential, and the successful Employment Solicitor will be expected to participate in the firm's business development work, as well as producing advice articles for the firm and take an active role on social media including firm and self-promotion.
